The Pulsar Cascade Skirt is a long, floor-length design featuring an asymmetric draped panel that flows from the hip. The skirt is constructed from a stretch polyester blend and closes with an adjustable drawstring at the waist. The fabric carries a subtle tonal pattern throughout. Made in Greece by Berlin-based label OTTOLINGER collection at Concrete Store, founded by Swiss designers Christa Bösch and Cosima Gadient.
